When we first launched HOMECELLERS back in 2007, we had many customers ask if there was a way to implement a single evergreen/generic/agent-specific text ID, in addition to the individual listing text IDs, allowing potential buyers to access agent information (and all their listings) through a single text message, as opposed to a single listing. Most were concerned with the need to purchase and manage different versions of the sign rider, with different listing text IDS for each property.

With that, and again, unique to HOMECELLERS, we released an integrated agent text ID (or mobile business card) feature. This function allows the agent (in addition to assigning an individual text ID for each listing) to customize their own agent text ID (personally) that becomes evergreen in nature and not tied to a specific property listing. With this option, the agent then has the choice whether to promote a single listing text ID for each listing, their agent text ID for all listings or a mix of both.

Here's an example. To see an individual listing - Text the words "GOTO HOME75" To the number 95495. To see an agent - Text the words "GOTO PATRICK" to the number 95495. PRETTY COOL!
